The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and soundproofed rooms ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. The flat-screen TV and plush carpeted floor added a touch of luxury. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The leisure garden area was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi and convenient parking were added bonuses. we highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable stay.

We stayed at the lovely Avarest B&B for one night before catching an early morning flight. The owners were friendly and accommodating, providing us with an early breakfast that was delicious. The room was clean, well-furnished, and exactly what we needed after a long trip. We even had the bonus of meeting Bingo the donkey, which was a delightful way to end our Irish holiday. Would definitely recommend this quiet and convenient B&B.

The breakfasts were delicious and served in a beautifully set table in a light and airy room. the hosts were welcoming and made time to engage in conversation with us. the location was convenient, being close to the airport and within easy reach of sightseeing destinations.

There was no orientation on how to operate basic features of the room, such as the shower and heating. the coffee was only available in the common room, which wasn't inviting for a cup of tea or coffee.

Our stay was very enjoyable. the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful local information and directions. the room was spacious enough for our family of five, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the kids' pancakes with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Additionally, the location was perfect, whether you're flying in or out of Shannon or visiting the nearby Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.

There were a couple of downsides. the bed in our room was a bit small for my tall husband and me, and the pillows were not the most comfortable.
