I had an exceptional stay at Ballynona House. From the moment I arrived, the hostess, Kalma, was warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast she prepared was absolutely delicious, with pancakes and porridge made with love. The cleanliness of the house was also impressive. Despite some drawbacks like a broken boiler and a lack of heating, the overall charm and character of the old home made up for it. The large room, friendly dog, and beautiful surrounding fields and forests added to the experience. Although it may be a bit difficult to find, I highly recommend staying at Ballynona House for a wonderful Irish country retreat. I had a great stay and would gladly return on my next visit to Ireland.
