We stayed at a lovely cottage in a charming village. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook for ourselves. The rooms were comfortable and warm, and we enjoyed lighting the beautiful fire. The views from the house were spectacular, and we loved the convenience of being able to park and not need our car. The location was perfect for a fabulous walk, and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and pubs. The caretaker, Claire, was incredibly helpful, and the host was responsive and friendly.

We had a lovely stay at the thatched cottage. The caretaker, Claire, was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The cottage itself had plenty of space and a cozy peat fire to keep us warm. We enjoyed the comfortable sofas and interesting artwork. The location was perfect, right on the coast and just outside the village. We also appreciated the en suite bedrooms we were upgraded to, with good double beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The quality of the towels and linen was high, and there were plenty of toilet rolls. we had a great experience and are looking forward to returning.

The location of the accommodation was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. We were able to explore the nearby attractions easily, such as the Cliffs of Moher and the Wild Atlantic Way. The cottage itself was modern and clean, providing plenty of space for our group. The friendly owner, George, was always available to assist us.

One downside was the outdated kettle provided in the cottage, which affected the taste of our tea and coffee.

The value for money at these cottages was excellent, and the room was well equipped with all the modern amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and a stunning view of the water. The staff treated us with great hospitality and made our intergenerational family holiday a memorable one.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would have been a wider selection of breakfast options.

The cottage was cozy and charming, with a beautiful setting overlooking the tranquil harbor. I loved being able to walk into Ballyvaughan, just a short six-minute stroll away, and explore the shops and restaurants. The breathtaking view of the Burren from the house was a highlight of our stay. I was impressed with the quick response when we reported blown bulbs, and they were promptly replaced. The overall location, amenities, and activities nearby made it a great choice for an intergenerational family holiday.

While there was only one bathroom with a shower, the other bathroom had just a toilet. Apart from a small issue with the shower not working, everything else exceeded our expectations.
