Fantastic Stay with Outstanding Service

During my recent stay at a hotel just off the M50, I had the most fabulous experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most helpful and friendly staff at reception. They made sure to attend to all my needs and even gave me great recommendations for nearby attractions. The hotel exuded elegance and class, from the beautiful lobby to the impeccable rooms.

We had a great stay at this place! The location in the business district was perfect for us and it was well worth the extra few stops on the LUAS. The staff here are amazing, from the grand receptionist to the friendly restaurant staff. Our room was modern and upmarket, with a huge and comfortable bed, and a trendy design. We loved the fact that there was a deep bathing tub and everything was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the small touches like the ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Stayed during Christmas and they even had a beautifully decorated tree and holiday music playing in the lobby. the room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. the staff was very welcoming and helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions.

The walls were thin, and it was easy to hear neighbors occasionally. the location was a bit further from the city center than we anticipated, so it took a bit longer to get to the main attractions.

Convenient location for Dundrum Shopping Centre, just one stop on the Las, a short walk from the establishment. Excellent customer service with friendly and efficient staff. Wide selection for breakfast. Nice touch with birthday treats upon arrival. a satisfying stay.
