! The rooms have been recently renovated, to the highest standard. We had a lovely spacious room with a very large king-size bed, the bathroom very tastefully decorated. Our window partially overlooked the street and even though it was the 13th August we did not hear a sound during the night. A lovely full Irish breakfast was included, this was served in the bar/restaurant. Parking was available free at the back of the property. The staff were so helpful and friendly, very eager to know we were happy with our room. Perfect location and excellent value for money.

Perfect location in the heart of town, making it easy to explore all the local pubs and bookstores. The rooms were nice and clean, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. One of the best parts was the delicious breakfast served in the mornings, with plenty of options to choose from and great coffee to start my day off right.

Upon arrival, we were surprised by the luxurious amenities in this hotel. The modern design in the room was elegantly presented with high-end furniture. The staff at the hotel were attentive and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The bar/lounge area was spacious and perfect for unwinding. We enjoyed excellent food from the restaurant which was served by a friendly waiter. The hotel's location provided us with quick access to the town and its attractions.

We experienced minor inconvenience to our stay due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The door, always swinging shut, made it difficult to keep an air flow for ventilation which created damp on the bathroom walls.

Loved the refreshing white wine, it was like a tropical vacation in a glass. The restaurant and bar were a favorite hangout for regulars. The privacy protection at the bar was top-notch. The silky smooth wine was pure heaven.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B with a pub attached. The Behan Family really knows how to make you feel at home. Mr. Behan personally gave us a tour and made our visit to Listowel unforgettable. The breakfast was beyond my expectations and the rooms were recently renovated to a high standard. Despite being above a pub, the room was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room we stayed in was surprisingly modern in design and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had all the modern facilities and was very clean as well. The location of the property was great, being in the middle of town and close to many pubs and sights. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the excellent service from the staff.

The walls between our room and the next were quite thin, and we could hear the person next door coughing, sighing, and their TV. This made it difficult to have a good night's sleep.
