The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the centre of a busy street with many bars around. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and go above and beyond to help out. The basic amenities are great, with all the facilities you need and a comfortable bed to sleep in. To top it off, the breakfast is fantastic and nicely served.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near all the attractions in town. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food served in the dining areas. The wifi was fast and reliable, a great bonus for staying connected. There were also plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

Limited parking options and high prices for parking. the night porter was not very accommodating and could improve his customer service skills.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel had a lift, which was convenient and saved us from having to climb stairs. The staff, especially Pauline at reception, were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the availability of nearby parking.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in the heart of Tralee. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all parts of the town. Though there was some minor construction happening outside early in the morning, the hotel staff were apologetic and understanding. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by Orla, the manager, was exceptional, making me feel valued and taken care of. the receptionist, Pauline, informed me about the affordable local parking options available nearby. I enjoyed a comfortable stay with excellent service and convenient amenities.

The TV in the room was outdated and the selection of channels was limited.

My stay at Benners was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Eleanor at reception was incredibly helpful and Sarah, one of the waitresses, provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the recently refurbished bar and restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. I especially loved the delicious food and great selection of drinks. I highly recommend Benners for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tralee.
