the carpets in the hotel were quite grubby. there was an odious smell outside our room that started to seep into the room after a while.

I recently stayed at the Bracken Court Hotel for a half marathon race. The location was great, and the hotel had a clean and comfortable room with a big bathroom. I also enjoyed the free parking garage right at the front door. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were a convenient option for food and drinks. The staff, especially the bar man, went above and beyond, offering a pint and a small bowl of ice cream to apologize for a slight delay in the food. The lady at the desk in the morning was also friendly, and they even accommodated my early breakfast request at 6.30am.
