The rooms were cold and lacked basic amenities like a full length mirror or a safe. the check-in process was difficult, with long delays and mix-ups in room allocation.

The breakfast buffet was of poor quality, with juices that were not fresh and hot food that was served through a heated hatch area, making it difficult to access. The cleanliness of the pool and changing area was not up to standard, as reported by my daughter.

Afterward, we ventured out into the cold weather to take advantage of the leisure centre, which was a great way to relax.
