Spa of Exquisite Indulgence: During my stay at this charming hotel, I decided to treat myself to a day of ultimate relaxation at the spa. The moment I walked into the spa, I felt like I was transported to a world of tranquility and serenity. The massage I received was so rejuvenating that it felt like all my stress and worries melted away. It was truly a spa experience unlike any other.

Value for money was excellent, as the room was spacious, bright, and had great amenities like bathrobes and bottles of water. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us a warm welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed during our Christmas vacation. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. the breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We experienced some issues during our stay. The decor in our room was quite rough, with paint marks on the bathroom door handle and lamp.

From the moment we arrived, we received superstar treatment and more. It was my partner's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely message and dessert waiting for us in our room. the food at the restaurant was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Special shoutout to the two Sarah's at reception who were incredibly helpful, as well as Rob and Chris in the restaurant who made the night extra special for my partner. the location was great, near Bunratty Castle, and the hotel lobby and grounds were beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. a wonderful place to stay in the west of Ireland!

We had a lovely stay at a hotel that offered great value. the room was fabulous, with a huge bed and a cozy sitting room. the staff, especially the waiter and the lady at check-in, were lovely and incredibly helpful. the hotel had a nice Christmas atmosphere, and they even had temperature checks in place for added safety. It was also well-located for visiting sights, and there were excellent bar/restaurants nearby, like the Sea Food Chowder place at the bottom of the hill.

We loved staying here! The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the castle, and there's ample parking. The neighborhood is also nice and we found some great restaurants nearby. The service here is top-notch - the staff were all lovely, especially a manager called Brian who couldn't have been more helpful to us. We also really enjoyed the spa and wellness center - the indoor swimming pool and sauna were so relaxing! we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

My stay at the Bunratty Castle Hotel, BW Signature Collection was delightful. The leisure centre provided excellent relaxation options, and the comfortable rooms ensured a pleasant stay. The location of my room was convenient and breakfast was satisfying.

My family and I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful hiking trails around Bunratty. The scenic paths took us through lush forests and breathtaking landscapes. It was the perfect way for us to reconnect with nature and enjoy some quality family time together.

My kids wished there was a dedicated play area or kids' club in the hotel.

We had a romantic escape at this lovely hotel and we absolutely loved the ambiance and beautiful decorations. the rooms were clean and well-furnished, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for our stay. the bar area was also really nice and provided a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The ambiance of BW Signature Collection was great and the room was cozy. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room had both American and European power outlets. The location of the hotel is fantastic with popular tourist destinations nearby. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.
