A slight delay in accessing my room upon arrival. Despite the check-in time being stated as 3pm, my room wasn't ready until 4:30pm.

We loved the warm welcome from the reception staff at Bush Hotel. The historic atmosphere and spacious rooms were perfect for our family with 2 small kids. Some staff members in the cafe were rude and lazy, and the food quality was inconsistent. There were also some strange characters hanging around the side entrance, which made us feel uneasy.

We received two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near the town center and had easy access to public transportation. the mattress was comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

The bathroom was not clean and had visible mildew on the shower curtain and tiles. the towels were worn and had a musty smell.
