The hotel had a charming Victorian style and was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and there were options for breakfast and dinner nearby. Plus, the DART station was just a two-minute walk away!

The bathroom noise from other rooms and the noise from the air conditioning devices outside was a bit bothersome. Additionally, the hotel was a bit far from the center and public transportation wasn't exactly cheap.

We chose this townhouse for its warm hospitality, like a stay at my aunt's, and full comfort. Loved the typical Irish breakfast and cozy draw room. Great location with nice cafes, pubs, and 20-minute walk to Merrion Sq. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Comfy bed, great bathroom, and lovely waking up to the morning sun. We recently stayed at a well-managed boutique-style B&B near Dublin Port. The warm welcome and spacious, comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations. The effort put into the furnishings was evident, creating a stylish atmosphere. Though not included in the room price, the breakfast options were delicious. Despite limited parking and the presence of steps, the location and nature of the property couldn't be helped. we would highly recommend this B&B for its convenient location and excellent service.

Staying here was a fantastic experience. this place was located in a fancy neighborhood of Dublin which made me feel quite luxurious. Secondly, the staff here were excellent and accommodating and I felt like a member of staff. Lastly, the room amenities were great - I loved the carpeted floor and the flat-screen television.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay here. Loved the two complementary drinks, such a nice touch. Location was spot on for exploring the local area and getting around. Really enjoyed the cozy and quirky room with its old 4 poster bed - so much character. Appreciated the bespoke storage cupboards - made unpacking so easy.

The location was ideal for attending the event at 3Arena, just a short distance away in the upscale "rugby district" close to the Aviva Stadium. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a lovely bathroom. Despite other negative reviews, I didn't experience any issues with cleanliness or facilities during my stay.
