The room was a nice size for a single room and was recently renovated and really, really clean - the bathroom especially. The hotel was spacious and had everything I could want. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of major tourist attractions.

The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, smoothing over any mistakes I made with the reservation. The front desk and breakfast staff in The Vault were always friendly and accommodating, even providing a delicious breakfast to-go for an early morning tour. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the action. the hospitality and service made for a truly wonderful experience at this hotel.

The rooms were equipped with various amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The staff here were incredibly hospitable and gave great customer service. They were always happy to help and deliver great customer service, ensuring that my stay was first-class.
