I recently stayed at Clayton Hotel in the center of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and my room on the fifth floor was clean and spacious. I specifically requested a quiet room and was pleased to find that my request was honored. The hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the central bus station. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my two wheelchair-using companions, ensuring that they had an easy and comfortable stay. The pool staff were also exceptional and made us feel welcome. Special mentions to Sylwina at the front desk and the helpful gentleman in the bar.

The room was clean and the balcony had a nice view. Good location near key attractions. the air vent in the bathroom was great and the liquid soap in a pump tube was a nice touch.

The staff was unhelpful and confused about breakfast arrangements. the wheelchair accessible bathroom lacked a proper shower chair, which was unsafe.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center with a bus station just around the corner. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a balcony with a gorgeous view of the river Lee. It really added an extra special touch to our weekend.
