The accommodation was great and so clean, with spacious and cosy rooms. The restaurant provided the best quality of food imaginable, from breakfast to fresh seafood. The location was excellent, only a 2-minute walk from the village and close to Molly's bar, the national park, Kylemore Abbey, and the beaches. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the value for money was excellent. The hostel had a nice cafe and kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a new outdoor eating area. Janet and her staff were excellent hosts, providing helpful information for exploring Connemara.

We had a lovely stay at this hostel on the edge of the village. the rooms were clean and comfortable, more like a basic hotel room. Janet, the owner, was really friendly and helpful. the location was great, close to Diamond Hill for hiking and other attractions. We also enjoyed the seafood in the village and the on-site restaurant. Our dog was welcomed and had a great time too. we highly recommend Connemara National Park Lodge for a pleasant stay in Letterfrack.

Although the facilities were adequate, there were some issues with noise and thin walls, especially when other guests were being loud or using the kitchen next door. there were some minor maintenance issues such as low water pressure in the shower and a missing lock faceplate on the room door.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the village with pubs, cafes, restaurants, and a well-stocked supermarket. The rooms are well-designed and the bathroom is renovated. The staff provides kind service and the living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a large TV and fireplace. the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room has ample seating for guests.

One downside is that the front door slams shut at all hours, causing noise disturbances.

The hostel was absolutely perfect for our 24-hour stay. The cozy and charming decoration in the common areas made me feel right at home. It was a pleasure to relax and chat with the other travelers, including some friendly senior citizens like myself. The accessibility throughout the hostel was excellent, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my time there.

Just a small suggestion for improvement - it would have been nice if the children working there could offer some additional assistance specifically tailored for senior guests.

I had a fantastic time at this lovely lodge in Connemara. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for a great adventure in the area. the common room with the fireplace was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. the breakfast was delicious, with homemade scones and cereals. the location was ideal for starting hikes, and the staff provided lifts to nearby attractions. I also enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff and indulging in some incredible hot chocolate at the cafe. the wifi in the cafe was reliable, although not as much in the room. I only wish I had planned to stay longer to fully explore all that the area has to offer. I highly recommend asking Mike for his adventure advice!

Great location for starting hikes and exploring the beautiful surroundings. The common room with a turf fired fireplace created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and tips for our adventures. , the breakfast was delicious and there was free tea available whenever we wanted.

Our room was a bit close to the kitchen, resulting in some early morning noise that disturbed our sleep. It would have been better if there was a dividing door between the kitchen and the bedrooms to minimize the disturbance.

Our stay at this amazing Lodge was beyond incredible! The room was super comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully furnished. We were blown away by the delicious dinner options just a short walk away in the village. The convenience of a car park and free wi-fi made our stay even better. The location was jaw-droppingly stunning, with easy access to breathtaking hikes like Diamond Hill. The cleanliness of the lodge was top-notch, and the laundry facilities were an added bonus. We highly recommend this accommodation for nature lovers, with the option to bring our pets along. Can't wait to come back!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Connemara National Park Lodge. the lodge offers the perfect blend of hotel comfort and hostel affordability. the staff were absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful, and full of great information about the area. the rooms were spotlessly clean, even better than some hotels, and the beds were incredibly comfy. the lodge's location in the heart of Connemara National Park was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the stunning beauty of the surrounding area. I was also impressed with the well-equipped communal kitchen and cozy lounge area. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.
