the rooms were newly renovated and had a gorgeous bathroom. the beds were comfy and the staff was absolutely lovely. There was a particular staff member, Dan or Dave , who was an amazing asset to the hotel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Another outstanding staff member was Shay, a fantastic guy who was excellent with people. Shay took such good care of us and was the reason we decided to try the hotel bar for food and drinks. the ambience was great and the food was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back for more of Shay's amazing cocktails!

Our Xmas stay was wonderful. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious - the complementary cake and mulled wine were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect - we were able to explore the city easily. the room was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed.

The wait for our meals was longer than we would have liked, and some items on the menu were not available. However, the staff was doing their best, and we understand the challenges of the current situation.

I had a delightful stay at Creggan Court. the receptionist Sinaed was a true gem, quickly and efficiently solving any issues and providing friendly service with a smile. She even recommended a fantastic Italian restaurant in Athlone and gave us directions to avoid road works. the room, although a bit tired, was adequate for our needs and offered good value for money. Our rescue dog Daisy was also warmly welcomed. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a great stay at the hotel, enjoying the friendly and helpful receptionist and the lovely breakfast. the room size was perfect and we loved the comfort of the bath. the hotel's location near the East-West connecting road was ideal for our travels, especially when visiting Clonmacnoise. the well-equipped rooms and friendly staff made our stay even better. We'll definitely stay again.

I had a one night stay at a hotel in Athlone and it was fine for what I needed. Even though there were a few drawbacks, I have to say that the location was convenient for me. The hotel itself was good value for money and I loved the fact that they had a good breakfast available. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
