the central location allowed us to explore easily. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Even though we encountered a minor issue with the shower doors, it didn't overshadow the fantastic experience. an excellent place to stay.

The hotel's location is superb, situated in the centre close to Ashford Castle and a museum. the rooms offer plenty of storage, bright clean bathrooms with good toiletries, and comfortable mattresses. the breakfast is top-notch, freshly cooked, and served with a smile.

Some guests experienced issues with the heating in the rooms.

The breakfast was amazing, the porridge and scrambled eggs were top-notch. the room facilities were good, and the included Irish breakfast was a great touch. the surrounding views of historic structures were lovely and added to the experience.

The card machine was broken, forcing us to pay in cash without getting a receipt. the food in the bar was just okay, and the service was a bit disjointed with separate payments for drinks and food.

My recent stay was great, cozy rooms, friendly staff. the highlight was the delicious breakfast spread! Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. the hotel looks even better in person.

The hotel's perfect location, beside historical sites and offering delicious food and pints, created an authentic and friendly atmosphere. the live music on Saturday night was a delightful touch, showcasing the great family-run vibe of the place. One improvement could be to address noise issues, such as loud kitchen staff and occasional disturbances due to technical difficulties.

It was adjacent to the Abby ruins and the John Wayne/Maureen O'Hara statue. the hotel had undergone a high standard renovation, providing spacious and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was excellent and the staff were warm and attentive. the location was very convenient, with everything within walking distance. it was a clean, authentic and friendly place to stay, and I will definitely be returning.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location - This hotel is a gem! The rooms have been renovated to a high standard and are spacious and comfortable. The fluffy towels and facecloths were a nice touch. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful, especially sitting beside the open fire with a pint and delicious Irish food. The location is perfect, adjacent to the Abbey ruins and famous statues. Everything in this city is within walking distance of the hotel, making it very convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive to our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cong. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the abbey. The staff, especially James, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure everything was in order. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to Ashford castle. The breakfast was great with a good choice, and the lunch menu was also excellent. we highly recommend a night at this hotel if you're in Cong.
