The location was fantastic, with great transport links and close to amenities like supermarkets and cafes. We also appreciated that the staff went out of their way to address any issues and were very helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the first flat we were assigned had a terrible smell and even a hidden mouse trap, which could have been dangerous for our child.
