The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of Clifden. It is situated on a quiet street, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are fantastic, always cheerful, engaged, and eager to assist guests. Their genuine happiness in their roles is reflected in the top-notch service provided. The rooms are not only clean and comfortable, but they also offer beautiful views over the river and the nearby equestrian sandpit. The tasteful decor and nice furniture add to the pleasant ambiance. The breakfast selection at this hotel is excellent. From the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs to the delicious pancakes, every dish is prepared with great attention to detail and served generously.

It is also well away from the weekend noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely homely feel. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies in the sitting room are a nice touch. The breakfasts are delicious, with a great choice of options.

The handle of the bathroom was broken, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the guesthouse is fantastic, right in the heart of town. I loved being able to walk to all the shops, pubs, and restaurants within minutes. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay. The lack of a separate key for access to the communal lounge was a minor inconvenience, as it meant having to disturb other guests every time I needed to retrieve something from my luggage.

the breakfast at Dun Ri Guesthouse was excellent - I enjoyed smoked salmon and scrambled eggs that were beautifully prepared. It provided me with enough energy to last the entire day. the owner was extremely friendly and went out of his way to give me great recommendations for local restaurants. He was also very helpful in providing directions for a horse trek I had planned. after a rain-soaked 3-hour hike, I arrived at the guesthouse feeling cold, and the owner kindly arranged for a heater to be brought to my room. the cleanliness, comfort, and warm welcome from the staff were all top-notch. I highly recommend this guesthouse!

Clean, comfy rooms with high-quality bedclothes and towels. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff. Convenient location near cafes and bars. Will definitely return.

The breakfast was simply amazing, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, with plenty of amenities within a short walking distance. complementary parking and wifi were provided which were greatly appreciated.

The price was a bit on the higher side compared to other options in the area. while the coffee was satisfactory, a better quality coffee or a cafetiere would have been a great addition to the guest experience.

The location of this hotel was outstanding, just a short walk to the main street but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep.
