The staff truly made our stay special, but the

rooms could really use some updates. While our experience was pleasant, I couldn't help but notice the outdated decor and worn carpets. It felt like the common areas had received more attention than the individual rooms. Great location, though!

The best part of my stay was the cozy bar area with wooden finishing. It became a favorite spot to unwind after exploring the maze of streets nearby. The location made it easy to walk to various shops and eateries, like the one with vintage clothes. I appreciated the simple, honest dishes made from local ingredients offered in the restaurant. As someone from Rome, I found this place a refreshing change during my travels.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and our two kids. The location couldn't be better for exploring Galway, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby aquarium, which was fantastic for the little ones. The staff made us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options.

My stay was quite disappointing. The room was stifling hot as there was no air conditioning, contributing to an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom had a torn duvet and a messy carpet which were not acceptable for the price I paid. The breakfast service was also lacking, as they forgot some of our orders, which was frustrating to deal with early in the morning.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, with special sandwiches and snacks delivered to our room after a long night out. The live jazz music and cozy lounge area were perfect for winding down. The only downside was the lift being out of action for a bit, but it really didn’t take away from our visit. 😊

The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk from the train station and close to shops. The breakfast was enjoyable, particularly the succulent organic chicken, though I found the coffee weak unless requested stronger. The room, however, was outdated with a blocked sink and water damage in the bathroom, and the carpet was not clean, making the overall experience disappointing given the room rate.

The staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection was solid with great pastries, and the location is perfect for exploring the city right near Eyre Square.

However, I did notice some areas for improvement regarding room cleanliness. there was some worn furniture that could use attention.
