I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel tucked away in the west suburbs of Dublin. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the city but far enough away to provide a tranquil and private country estate feel. The grounds were stunning, with well-kept gardens and even free roaming peacocks that made for great photo opportunities. The hotel itself was authentic and beautiful, with a main building that housed the reception, bar, and restaurant. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely sitting area and all the amenities I needed.

Additionally, upon arrival, I was directed to a separate building across the grounds instead of staying in the main castle hotel. The corridors and stairs in this building had frayed carpet strips, which seemed unsafe.

Our stay at this place was absolutely amazing! The location was stunning, with beautiful gardens to walk around and plenty of parking available. We loved how peaceful and relaxing it was. The service was top-notch, from the warm and friendly staff to the superb breakfast. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even when we arrived late and requested a late-night snack. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site facilities, such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and tennis court, were also great for relaxation and enjoyment. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families, especially those with small children, as there were plenty of activities for them to do while we relaxed in the sun.

We could only find one minor issue - the maintenance could use a little improvement. However, this does not deter us from recommending this hotel to families.

The grounds and building were beautiful, offering a charming ambiance. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained. the bar food was surprisingly good and the breakfast was delicious. the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The service at the reception desk was poor. We were given vague directions to our room and there was a lack of information about the hotel's facilities and dining options.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The room in the main house was absolutely beautiful and well-equipped. The location is also very convenient, as it is easy to get to from the M50 or M4/N4. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel grounds are stunning, with llamas, peacocks, and ostriches adding to the charming ambiance.

This hotel is highly recommended. I had a small issue with room service not delivering a surprise I had requested, but it was a minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Finnstown Castle Hotel for a few nights and it was fantastic. The room size was absolutely huge, with old world style furniture and all the modern conveniences you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is located in a lovely quiet area with beautiful grounds. The convenient parking and easy access to major roads made it a great location for us. Plus, they serve food until about 9.30pm, which was perfect for our late arrival.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed at Finnstown Castle for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable and spacious rooms overlooking the tennis court. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with the kids. The pool and gym were great for keeping active. The grounds were stunning, with a variety of outdoor seating areas, gardens, and even some interesting stone animals to discover. a fantastic stay with fantastic staff!

I do recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided us with helpful information about transportation to the city center and even broke our bills for bus fare. the hotel also surprised us with a room upgrade to a beautiful garden suite, which was a lovely way to end our trip. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms were top-notch.

The leisure center facilities were a letdown. the shower and locker rooms were run-down, and the gym equipment was not all working properly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds were large and comfortable, and I enjoyed a lovely view of trees and greenery from the window. The hotel is located in a busy residential area, but it felt like a peaceful oasis. It was close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for me to explore the area. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming castle hotel. The grounds and gardens were absolutely beautiful, perfect for a leisurely stroll and admiring the views. Inside, the castle was adorned with elegant decor that truly captured the essence of a medieval fortress. The dinner I had at Jim's Bar was simply delicious, and the attentive and polite staff made the experience even more enjoyable. My room, though not in the castle itself, was located in the lovely courtyard and provided ample space, cleanliness, and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough!

I recently had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning lawns and photogenic statues and artifacts. The location was convenient for those who have private transport, as it was only a 30-minute drive to the city center or the airport. The rooms were upmarket and comfortable, offering a great view of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the self-service breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel also provided ample parking space and even had tour coach buses available. It truly was a lovely place to stay.

There were some minor inconveniences with the room, such as having to ask for toilet rolls and tissues, as well as a mix-up with the bath mat. the early evenings could be a bit chilly, and it would have been helpful if extra blankets or throws were provided in the room.
