the rooms at firecastle exceeded my expectations during this stay in kildare. the modern and clean room with minimalist interiors, walk-in shower, and nespresso machine were fantastic. the deli/shop downstairs served amazing food and even offered a discount for hotel guests. will definitely come back!

We recently stayed at Firecastle and it ticked all our boxes and then some! the staff at Rooms At Firecastle were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the accommodation surpassed our expectations with exceptional decor, comfort, and facilities. the food at the Firecastle cafe and Hartes Gastro pub was sublime, providing a delightful dining experience. A special shout out to the wonderful ladies who prepared our rooms with great attention to detail and friendly professionalism. the hotel room itself was the most beautiful and tranquil we've ever stayed in, with a breathtaking view of the Cathedral. We particularly loved the extra touches like complimentary snacks and water. it was an amazing and relaxing experience, and we highly recommend Firecastle as a stunning place to stay.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at The Rooms At Firecastle. The location was perfect, right in the center of the town square. I was able to enjoy the lovely sunny weather while sitting outside. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a beautiful en suite. I was delighted to find toiletries and a tea/coffee maker in the room, which added a special touch. The hotel's close proximity to Kildare Village, just a five-minute walk away, was a bonus. And as a guest, I even received a 10% discount at most of the shops there. The Firecastle cafe and shop below were also excellent, offering convenience and great options. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend The Rooms At Firecastle.

The only slight inconvenience was the difficulty finding parking on a Sunday. However, it was a small issue compared to the overall enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Rooms At Firecastle. The views from our room were unexpectedly lovely, overlooking St Bridget's Cathedral. The location was ideal, right on the market square, and we loved being above the Firecastle deli and beside Hartes gastro pub. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with minimal furnishings. The staff at the deli and the pub were friendly and professional. The parking was convenient, and we appreciated the vegan bathroom products. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

While the car parking facilities were a bit awkward due to the central location, it was understandable for a place in the middle of town. The beds could have been more comfortable, as some guests experienced discomfort and back pain.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with a cafe, pub, and restaurant just a short walk away. the Kildare Shopping Village is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as a smart TV and a Nespresso coffee machine. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The room was absolutely stunning, with a romantic ambiance that made our Christmas getaway extra special. the size of the room was perfect, allowing for ample space to relax and unwind. the little extras like a fridge and coffee facilities were a nice touch. the bathroom was fabulous, equipped with everything we needed. the gourmet cafe downstairs was a bonus, offering top-notch food at great value for money. We also loved the location, surrounded by friendly pubs and restaurants in a charming community.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, the check-in process was a bit of a hassle. Having to download an app and navigate through the steps took some time and effort, especially with the main door.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the modern, spacious rooms and the clean standard throughout. The comfortable beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom with its rainfall shower was a highlight. The onsite artisan grocers, deli, bakery, and café with a cookery school were convenient and delicious. The location in the town square was perfect for enjoying the sunny weather.

Felt like VIPs, nothing to complain about.

the staff were welcoming and the rooms were beautifully appointed with a modern and eclectic decor. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great power. the view from the room overlooking the Cathedral was majestic, especially at night. the breakfast was exceptional, with every item on the plate being a culinary experience. the location in the charming revamped Square was fantastic, and the nearby car park was convenient. Firecastle provided a warm and enjoyable stay.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic and the room was exceptional, with a stunning view of the cathedral. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the convenient location, close to a bus route to Dublin and the Kildare shopping outlet.

Loved the convenient location near Kildare shopping outlet. Beautifully decorated rooms, especially room 5 with its pink theme. The spacious bathroom had a lovely, large shower. The deli/cafe downstairs served delicious breakfast. Pub nearby for outdoor drinks. Appreciated the 10% discount for the shopping outlet. Headphones were safely found and returned.

Felt so well taken care of, no reason to complain.
