Lovely interior, cosy feel, nice rooms, great facilities, coffee machine.

My recent stay at the hotel was a disappointment. the key card didn't work and I had to deal with a rude receptionist who seemed annoyed by my request for assistance. the following day, the key card issue persisted and the receptionist was unhelpful, suggesting that I download an app instead. the overall experience with the staff was unpleasant, leaving me frustrated and unable to access my room. I had no choice but to ask a friend to come and collect me in the middle of the night. the hotel's management and customer service need significant improvement.

As foreign tourists, we loved the lovely interior and cosy feel of Firefly. The rooms were well equipped with a great coffee machine and all necessary toiletries. The beds were spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with the seafront and bus stop within a 10-minute walk.

Easter at this hotel was a mixed experience. the best aspects were the convenient self-service check-in and the comfortable beds. It was great not having to wait in line and being able to access my room key easily. the location was also a plus, with close proximity to key attractions and amenities. having constant internet access in the room was a bonus for staying connected.

The noise from the main road was quite disturbing, especially since the left window didn't seem properly sealed. This made it difficult to relax and caused privacy concerns as people could easily look into the room.

For the price we paid, we got great value - a clean, comfortable, and safe room. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the check-in and out process was easy with the app.

The breakfast selection could be improved, maybe adding more options.

I also appreciated the convenient amenities, such as the coffee-maker and the plugs with USB ports beside the bed. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city, and there were great cafes nearby for breakfast. The staff, although invisible, were incredibly accommodating and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and have a sleek, modern design. the contactless check-in and check-out process is seamless and convenient, allowing for a hassle-free stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, such as the absence of a hair dryer and electric kettle in the room. However, these small details did not detract from the overall positive experience.
