We got great value for our money and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the Christmas market just down the street, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to help with our toddlers.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had mentioned that the "homemade brown bread" was available, as I didn't realize until later and it was my favorite.

This hotel's location is incredible, being right next to the coach station and Eyre Square. It's so convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The rooms are fabulously luxurious and clean, with comfy beds and spotless amenities. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of choices to suit everyone's taste.

The only small issue was a dated bathroom, but overall, everything was fine.

The airport shuttle was a convenient perk. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was great. The breakfast area was beautiful and the staff were friendly and kind. The location was excellent, close to the train station and just a few blocks away from all the shops and restaurants in the city center.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Galway for one night before catching an early morning bus to Dublin Airport. The location of the hotel, just across the street from the bus terminal, was ideal for my travel purpose. The rooms were recently refurbished and very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with information about the city. I also enjoyed the fantastic value breakfast offered at the hotel. I had a great experience at this hotel.

This hotel is excellent for accessing the town center on foot, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this vibrant city. Whether you're arriving by train or bus, it's just a short walk away. The front of house staff is outstanding - professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the room itself was well-appointed and had all the basic amenities I needed, including extra pillows and a spacious bathroom with all the usual toiletries. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the rate, and they even catered to vegetarians like myself. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location! Within walking distance of the train station and so many shops, restaurants, and pubs. The food in the restaurant was absolutely yummy, and the staff was always friendly and helpful--even when we arrived late in the day and everything else was shut. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with big windows and a great bathroom. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the attentive service from the staff. Plus, the hotel offered some great facilities and room advantages.
