Upon our recent stay at this hotel, we were thrilled by the warm welcome we received, which included a delightful welcome drink and homemade cookies. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our time here. the restaurant served exceptional food, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. the garden area was a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Carlingford. the location is great, being close to everything in town and offering easy access to nearby attractions.

The noise disturbance in the middle of the night from other guests. It would be beneficial for the hotel to address noise levels to ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

loved our stay in carlingford. ghan house was even better this time - gorgeous room, impressive decor, and delicious breakfast. close to town, log fires downstairs, and a real sense of luxury. can't wait to go back!

disappointing breakfast

My recent stay at a quaint and traditional venue in a lovely town was truly delightful. The location was perfect, being relatively close to Belfast airport where I was traveling the next morning. The friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the amazing food, especially the delicious fish dishes prepared by the talented chef. The atmosphere and intimate setting were perfect for the small wedding I attended. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the size of the rooms and the disappointment with the breakfast options, I would still highly recommend this place. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Lounge with roaring fire, books, chance to meet guests. Best breakfast, superb location. Staff and owners friendly and helpful. Dinner fantastic, every mouthful delicious.
