We had the most relaxing time at this hidden treasure in the beautiful countryside. The room was fabulous and the bed incredibly comfortable. The view from our room was so tranquil, with a lovely stream and horses roaming in the field. The jacuzzi bath was a luxurious touch. Mary, the owner, welcomed us with delicious cakes and coffee, and her warmth made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were excellent, and we couldn't get enough of the fantastic food. The mobile phone connection is non-existent, and the wifi is only available in one area of the public rooms.

The staff were exceptional, very personal and caring towards customers. the room was luxurious with great amenities, including hypoallergenic wash for allergy sufferers. Breakfast was vast with a large selection of items for all diets and reading material was available for book worms. the facilities were excellent with a relaxing sauna and a wide range of activities nearby.

There is really very little to fault. If you prefer soft beds with mattress toppers, some of the beds may feel less luxurious.
