We, as young families, loved the spacious penthouse suite with breathtaking views of Cork City. The upgrade was a fantastic surprise! The staff were friendly and professional, and the restaurant, Thyme @76onthe mall, served delicious meals with fabulous cocktails. The hotel's historic charm and peaceful ambiance added to our overall experience.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, and our room was spotless with a 100% clean bed. The meet and greet on arrival was welcoming, and the hotel's cafe/bistro and separate cafe for coffees and pastries were great options for dining. The staff truly went above and beyond to solve a problem that was my fault, finding us an out of the box solution that exceeded our expectations. We loved the history of the hotel and its references to the past, making it feel like we were staying in an attraction. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect and made it easy for us to enjoy everything the city had to offer. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. We especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the in-room safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Great staff and a beautiful reception area gave a majestic feel to the hotel. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the little extras in the room, like magazines and bottled water, were a nice touch.

There was no parking on the premises and the car park was a bit of a distance away. This made it cumbersome to lug my bags from the car park to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions. Additionally, the rooms are bright and clean, and the breakfast offers a great selection. The staff at the reception desk were also welcoming.
