The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was friendly and responsive, attending to all our requests promptly. As old folks, we were thrilled to find a spacious, spotless room with a lovely bath. Thanks to the hotel, we were able to check in early, allowing my husband to attend his hospital appointment in a relaxed state. It's also a stone's throw away from the bus and train stations, making it convenient for travelers. there are plenty of food options nearby, including SuperMacs and Papa Johns for late-night snacks. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, with clean towels and toilet rolls provided daily. Despite some discomfort with the beds, the overall service and location make it a good choice for a stay in the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Galway for a weekend getaway and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the location was very central and ideal for where we wanted to go. It was perfect for shopping and heading out at nighttime. The hotel couldn't have been more perfect, being so close to Eyre Square. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were huge! They were very spacious, clean, and warm. It was such a relief to have plenty of space to relax in after a long day of exploring the city. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast, it was wonderful! There was a little bit of everything and I especially loved the delicious pancakes that were only €7.
