We recently stayed at Jacob's Well for my birthday and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Helen and Noel, the hosts, were excellent and the staff were amazing. They even surprised me with a birthday cake at dinner! The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming. Our room was clean, bright, and airy, with very comfortable beds. We also loved the food and service at the hotel, and the live music on Sunday night was a great bonus. Additionally, we felt relieved and secure being able to lock up our bikes in the enclosed area by the fire escape.

Stayed at a lovely B&B called Jacob's Well. Booked a double room and got upgraded to a huge triple room. Tea and coffee making facilities were not in the room but were easily accessible close by. the shower was incredible and the room was very clean and cosy. Helen, the host, was very helpful and hospitable. the sitting room with a fireplace was fantastic, and the wifi connection was good. There was a shop and café nearby. the location was a pleasant 20-minute walk from Rathdrum station and 40 minutes from the beautiful Avondale park.
