We recently stayed at Jurys Inn and had a fantastic experience. Upon check-in, the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed right away. The location of the hotel was perfect, with all the main attractions just a stone's throw away. It made exploring the city so easy for us.

One specific incident stood out during our stay. We called for room service and unfortunately, there was no answer.

It was convenient to explore the charming streets of Galway and immerse ourselves in the local culture. the spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay, with a lovely view of the bustling river. Additionally, the friendly check-in agent provided us with useful coupons for discounted breakfast and other amenities.

One downside of our stay was the cramped parking lot adjacent to the hotel. It was challenging to navigate, especially with a larger car.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the center of town and on the river bank. It was just a quick walk into the city center, where we could easily explore all the bars and restaurants Galway has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Corrib. We even got engaged during our stay, and the Duty Manager surprised us with a bottle of Champagne, making our special moment even more memorable. The staff, especially Daniel at the bar, were amazing. He helped us choose the perfect beverage and was both pleasant and professional.

Honestly, we can't think of any negative aspects of this place. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

We had an amazing stay in this city. The Best aspects were the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and the great location. We were close to all the activity in Galway, including the Spanish Arch and the Westend. It was also convenient to have restaurants, shopping, and transportation options nearby. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very helpful!

This hotel is amazing! it's great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Secondly, its location at the center of town on the river bank is simply perfect. You'll be right in the Latin Quarter on Quay St with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops to explore. Thirdly, the staff's service is outstanding, and the basic amenities include rooms with great views of Galway, a few drinks on board with sofa, and breakfast for vegetarian included option with traditional Irish food items.

We loved being surrounded by the Christmas cheer and festive atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the housekeeping service was lacking.

The room felt a bit outdated. the old toilet and carpet flooring were definitely noticeable, and there were some stains that seemed permanent.
