The staff, especially the lady at the front desk with the brown long bob haircut, were incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in town but away from the noisy nightlife. The room was spacious with all the essentials, including a kettle, iron, and heater. The free water bottles were a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast bags were convenient, especially since I had to leave early for the airport. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

The hotel's central location made it easy for us to access Grafton Street and other major attractions. Leaving our bags at reception after check-out was no problem, allowing us to explore the city before catching our train. The bar staff were also friendly and made our day with their great service and smiles. The comfortable beds and warm rooms ensured a cozy stay.
