I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the lake. The location was absolutely stunning, right by the beautiful Portnoo beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms on the first floor were well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the shower was great. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and filling, really setting me up for the day. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

Enjoyed delicious locally caught fish and Donegal meats in the lovely restaurant with stunning views. Stayed in a charming room with a beautiful garden view. Ate in the bar area for a more relaxed atmosphere. Nice amenities.

Quiet and secluded country retreat with limited rooms and no distractions. Spacious, comfortable, and fresh rooms with lovely sunset views from the patio. Polite and friendly local staff. Bikes available for guests to cycle to nearby beaches. Ideal spot for a relaxing break. We will definitely return.

The warm and cosy atmosphere of the hotel was a standout. the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the food at the restaurant was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the portions were generous and I never left the table feeling hungry. Additionally, the hotel was located close to a beautiful beach, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. the proximity to a golf course was also a bonus for those who enjoy golfing.

The situation was quickly resolved by the staff, who were extremely helpful and made sure everything was in order. Another minor issue was that not all the radiators in the cottage could be turned off manually, resulting in some discomfort due to the heat.
