Lo mejor del hotel fue la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, esta tan cerca de todo en la ciudad. Además, el personal fue muy amable y servicial. La habitación estaba impecable y las instalaciones del hotel eran excelentes, especialmente el desayuno al lado de la piscina.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled right next to a picturesque river in a lovely village. It was such a tranquil setting that I couldn't help but feel relaxed throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a very large, cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the tea making facilities in the room, which added a nice touch of convenience. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, with freshly baked croissants that were an absolute treat. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel situated next to a picturesque river in a delightful village. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant experience. The buffet breakfast was delicious, providing a range of options to satisfy different tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed for scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere.

There were moments where the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while to receive a response at the reception desk.

The ambiance of the hotel was truly romantic, with cozy rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was definitely the food. The restaurant offered a delicious menu with a variety of options, and the quality of the dishes was outstanding. Additionally, the location was perfect for a romantic escape, with beautiful scenery and the stunning Glendalough National Park just a short distance away.

While overall our stay was fantastic, there were a few minor downsides. the TV in our room was quite outdated and had limited channel options.

The staff were exceptional, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant/bar menu was varied, and the portion sizes were great. The location was central to exploring Glendalough, Avoca, and the surrounding area. The hotel oozed character, was extremely comfortable, and had a great ambience. The attached pub was really charming and relaxing.

There was a strange humming noise in the bedroom that persisted all night despite reporting it to reception. The dining room had an old-world feel that I didn't particularly like.

Friendly receptionist on arrival. Even though my room was not ready, I was able to leave my bags at reception. I appreciated the friendly barman who kept me company while I waited. My room had a lovely and spacious view. As a special gesture for my partner's birthday, we were given free drinks with our meal. Thank you for that!

My only quibble was the wait at reception for a response. I understand that the staff were busy, but it would have been nice to have a quicker response.

Sizeable comfortable room, excellent shower, friendly helpful staff, great bar, fantastic food, lovely furniture.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The bed was very comfortable and gave me the perfect rest I needed. the continental breakfast offered plenty of variety and saved me time to explore the city in the morning. It was also located in close proximity to the attractions I wanted to visit.

The noise from the hallway kept me up all night, I believe it came from the air conditioning system.
