My boyfriend and I had to change our summer plans due to an accident, so we decided to visit Galway for a short break. The Pillo Hotel was incredibly accommodating to us during our stay. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite at no extra charge, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the hotel's location within walking distance of the city centre was ideal. We can't thank the Pillo Hotel enough for the wonderful experience!

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the city center but not too close, and there were large shopping centers nearby. I was able to enjoy some retail therapy and explore the city without hassle. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay truly enjoyable. The food was beyond amazing, especially the carbonara dish which was the best I've ever tasted. I also indulged in the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of delicious options. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with free underground parking and black-out curtains in the rooms, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep.

While we didn't pay for breakfast, we were quite pleased with the other dining options available. The only downside was having to wait 15-20 minutes for drink service one evening.
