Maranatha Country House in Blarney exceeded expectations. Friendly hostess, delicious strawberries and cream, spacious rooms with balcony, non-feathered bedding. Truly exceptional Victorian decoration, lovely garden view during breakfast, gem of a town. Welcoming hosts made us feel at home. Nicely decorated property, comfortable family room, great choice of tea and coffee, comfy bedding, exceptional breakfast. Magnificent house and property, gracious hosts, elegant dining area, breathtaking view from garden room.

Loved the beautiful antique decor throughout the house, it added so much character and charm. the breakfast room was absolutely stunning with its flowered drapes and white wrought iron tables and chairs. the continental breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, and pastries.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied as it was the same bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs for three days in a row. the shower in our room was difficult to adjust to a warm temperature, it was either too hot or too cold.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the unique decor of the house. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options in a buffet style. The location was perfect, just a short walk into the locality and close to Blarney but in a peaceful rural area. All of these aspects combined made for a comfortable and relaxing stay at a very reasonable price.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, peaceful house. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with amazing beds and a wonderful patio. The owner and staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel incredibly welcome. The location was perfect, with charming eating places within walking distance down country lanes. We also enjoyed a great pizza and wine deal at the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of freshly prepared food served by the lovely hostess.

Our stay at this B&B exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The breakfast was a feast in a stunning room with many options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit salad with a variety of berries and the different choices of coffee and tea. we would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

This place is a hidden gem! The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful. She even gave us a generous supply of the delicious breakfast tea to take home. The local info package was a great touch, and we loved the included postcard. Highly recommended!

maranatha country house bed & breakfast in blarney surpassed our expectations during our family holiday. the house was lovingly maintained, like a film set in hollywood. the rooms felt like living in a palace, with huge beds and a stunning view from the terrace. owlen, the hostess, was incredibly helpful and made our stay extra memorable.

Wifi signal wasn't great in our room.

This venue is located in a peaceful and quiet rural area with beautiful gardens and stunning views of the hills. The staff provided excellent service and the room amenities included everything I needed, from ironing facilities to free toiletries. I particularly enjoyed using the terrace and garden furniture for relaxation. A great bonus was having free wi-fi in rooms and a flat-screen TV to unwind in the evening.

I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

We felt transported to the 18th century at Maranatha Country House Bed & Breakfast. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with classic, old furniture. the beds were huge and comfortable, and the terrace offered an amazing view. the whole place was well-maintained, and we truly felt like royalty living in a palace. Alwyn, our host, was warm and welcoming, making us feel like part of her family. the grounds were stunning, with seating areas scattered throughout the garden. And the breakfast was like being at a grand party, with delicious and beautifully presented food. We can't wait to visit again!
