The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is in the heart of the city center, close to everything we needed. The shopping and nightlife options were paramount, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy Dublin. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and provided great service. The rooms were nice and clean, and despite being front facing, the noise from the traffic outside meant very little sleep. However, the hotel thoughtfully provided a portable fan to be put in front of the open window, which helped to drown out some of the noise and keep the room cool. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I've been staying at this hotel for over 5 years now and the location is unbeatable. It's close to Dublin's most famous areas, with pubs and restaurants just a few steps away. Despite the noise early in the morning with beer deliveries, leaving the windows open for fresh air is a small price to pay for being in the heart of the action. The room size is good and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is tasty, and they even have live music and drinks at night.

The noise from the surrounding area can be quite disruptive, especially during the late hours.

I stayed at Mercantile Hotel for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the nearby pubs. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the lift was a bonus for getting around with a pram. The rooms were just what we needed and the noise from the bar was minimal. Plus, they even provided ear plugs if we needed them. a great stay!

Had a lovely Easter weekend in a hotel located in the heart of the city. the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering complimentary services such as luggage storage and printing facilities. It was great being within walking distance of all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants to choose from. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was quite noisy at night due to the location, and the windows didn't block out the sound very effectively. it would have been nice to have more ventilation in the room, as it could get quite warm and stuffy.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to shops, bars, cafes, and the Olympia theatre. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and central location.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed, with a very spacious bathroom that was a pleasant surprise. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. Plus, there were some unique facilities that added to the overall experience, such as a cozy bar and live jazz bands.
