the staff at Merriman Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the breakfast offered a great variety, with self-serve continental options and hot food served to order. the rooms were clean and provided all the necessary amenities, such as plenty of towels and in-room tea and coffee. the location of the hotel was perfect, giving us a peaceful and small town experience before venturing to the Cliffs of Moher.

There are some nice walks around town and to the nearby castle. The food is good and the staff is friendly, as mentioned in the reviews. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.
