The facilities were top-notch, from the luxurious spa to the beautiful equestrian center. We were impressed with the convenient parking and transportation options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The location by the bridge added to the charm and provided breathtaking views. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The spa and pool facilities left much to be desired. the pool seemed old and dated, and as a result, it appeared unclean.

The Manor House was absolutely beautiful, and the expansive grounds provided plenty of opportunities for walks and exploration. Our room was comfortable and conveniently located on the ground floor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, offering exceptional service and attentiveness. We dined at the Michelin starred Lady Helen Restaurant and were blown away by the breads and desserts, especially the chocolate dessert for two. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious. The tour with Des was both fascinating and informative, giving us insight into the history of the estate. we had an incredible experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in the countryside, surrounded by scenic views and a lovely TB farm next door. The location was peaceful and secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the freshly made pancakes. The hotel also had a leisure center, perfect for relaxation. it was a wonderful experience.

There was a wedding party during my stay, which caused some noise disturbance during the night.

The estate had beautiful and well-maintained grounds with a great location offering plenty of outdoor activities. Food was also a highlight of the weekend with delicious options available.

Some service aspects of the hotel was lacking, with slow and unprofessional service at the bar, and a lack of information provided during check-in. the presence of litter in certain areas took away from the overall cleanliness and elegance of the estate.
