I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was great, with easy access to all the tourist sites. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful stay. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my time here, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel near several universities and conveniently located near the city centre and a beautiful park. The service was exceptional, from the friendly check-in staff to the well-maintained rooms with impressive bathrooms and nice showers. We enjoyed some of the great facilities, including a free computer and the comfortable beds that were a treat to sleep in. On top of that, the hotel is near useful bus stops, making it easy to explore the city.

Despite all the great service and amenities, there were a few minor downfalls. However, these were quickly overshadowed by the excellent location and friendly staff.

Upon arrival, our room was ready with a baby bed set up, complimentary snacks, and an overall luxury feeling. The spacious and quiet room was clean, and the bed was oh so comfortable, ensuring wonderful night sleeps. The standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional staff, particularly Abdul from the breakfast team, who showed love, acceptance, and understanding towards our son and made our trip truly remarkable. The hotel had beautiful decor in the rooms, featuring luxury Irish soft furnishings and toiletries. the location was excellent, right next to a park and within walking distance to a popular street.

The check-in time was quite late, which did not feel like good value. the staff at the reception were not very attentive.
