Dated and in need of an upgrade

Our stay at this remarkable B&B was mind-blowing! The rooms were spacious and equipped with heated blankets, perfect for our large group. The owner was incredibly outgoing and always eager to chat, offering fantastic suggestions for nearby attractions. The food was superb, with a delicious breakfast selection, including a veggie option. The location was ideal, with breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach, shops, and pubs. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local walks and restaurants. The homely and relaxing atmosphere made us feel right at home. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, parking, and flat-screen TV were much appreciated. I cannot recommend this B&B enough!

The location of the B&B was perfect, right on the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to such a spectacular sight was truly unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with our own bathrooms and even heated blankets. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful tips and suggestions about the area. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the B&B provided a fantastic experience with its convenient location and excellent service.

There were limited attractions in the area during the off season.

The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of options including cereals, fruit, toast, and a delicious full Irish breakfast. So much food to start the day! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing us with great recommendations for nearby attractions. The property was clean and well-maintained, and there was convenient off-street parking available.

The rooms felt a bit dated and could use some updating. The beds were a little uncomfortable and in some cases, our room felt a bit cold.

We even got to watch Patrick's incredible film, shot in various locations in Kerry. We can't wait to return to this amazing place.

Nothing it was perfect.

I recently stayed at O'Neill's Bed & Breakfast for a quick getaway and was absolutely thrilled with my experience. From the early check-in and late check-out options, to the stunning panoramic views of the bay, this hotel truly went above and beyond. The modern and spacious bathroom added to the comfort of my stay, and the delicious breakfast served by Grace in the cozy sitting-room was the perfect start to my day. The big terrace with its awesome views was an excellent touch, and being so close to the ocean and beach was a major plus. I also want to extend a big thank you to Don and his son Patrick for their kindness and helpful tips. I can't wait to come back!
