The breakfast and dinner were delicious, served in a stunning location with beautiful water views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and valued. The hotel facilities, including the bedrooms, ensuite, and leisure centre, were fantastic. a lovely experience for any tourist.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and stunning views of Lough Foyle.

The noise from other rooms and corridors was unbearable, even with two doors separating us.

Breakfast had lots of choices and the servers were helpful. Very spacious bedroom, comfortable with a great breakfast. The location near the sea had stunning views. Clean, comfortable room with good wifi. Excellent swimming pool.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful Christmas getaway. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the food at the hotel was top-notch, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the room could have been cleaner, with some visible stains and outdated decor.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel on the waters edge. The location was stunning, with panoramic views of the sea right from our room. The hotel also had a lovely golf course behind it, perfect for golf enthusiasts. The service was exceptional, particularly from the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel very welcome.

The only downside we experienced was that the rooms were starting to show signs of age, but they were still clean and tidy. However, this did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

The room was not clean, mold on the walls and carpet had not been vacuumed properly; the shower was not working and no technician was available to fix it;

The Captain's Bar at the hotel was a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal, with a talented local musician providing live entertainment right at the waters edge. The atmosphere in the areas to eat was cozy and inviting, and we even had the option to dine outside the bar in a beautiful outdoor area. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, with a separate bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The view of Lough Foyle from the hotel was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of serenity to our experience.

There was a minor issue with the WiFi signal in our room, which was situated at the end of the corridor.

Warm Welcome and Spectacular Views

I had a truly magical stay at Redcastle for Christmas! From the moment I arrived, I felt the Christmas spirit come alive in the hotel. The thoughtful touches, like the Yankee candle on the bed and the Christmas tree in the room, made me feel so special. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us, even bringing mulled wine and sausage rolls to our bedroom. The magician show was a hit with the kids, and while we enjoyed our delicious meals, they were entertained with Christmas movies and popcorn. The food was exceptional, and the Christmas decor throughout the hotel was simply beautiful.

Incredible staff, spacious family room, comfy orthopaedic beds, fabulous breakfast with a stunning view, exciting pool area for kids, warm sauna.

The location on the water's edge was stunning, with restaurants boasting great views. The bar and food were excellent, and breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold options. The spacious and well-equipped rooms provided a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed visiting a traditional Irish pub within walking distance to meet locals. Ample parking and a great location for exploring the Inishowen peninsula were added bonuses.

I highly recommend this hotel.
