The room was super spacious and beautifully decorated with impeccable cleanliness, featuring fast Wi-Fi and cozy beds. the outstanding water pressure in the GREAT shower was a jaw-dropping surprise, while the very friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the convenient access to the airport and city center, along with the quick and smooth check-in process, added to the overall mind-blowing experience.

I felt like a master chef, selecting fresh herbs for my dishes, as if I were on a culinary adventure in my backyard.

Inadequate bottled water supply

Efficient staff promptly resolved heating issue. Spacious family room, great for longer stays. Good leisure facilities: gym, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Convenient bus access to airport and city center. Enjoyable dining options at the Croft and McGettigans.

We were impressed by the hotel's excellent facilities, including a top-notch swimming pool. the staff, always helpful and friendly, made our stay memorable. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the location near splendid attractions in lovely Dublin was convenient.

Couldn't stay longer. Limited luggage space in the elevators may pose issues.

We had a fantastic time staying here. the location was very convenient for us to explore around, with easy access to buses. the atmosphere in the pub was lively and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the Irish doorman. They even offered to store our luggage after check out, allowing us to explore without any hassle. the bartender went above and beyond to make me a special non-dairy cappuccino, showing excellent service.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends for a wonderful stay here. the amenities and services such as the leisure spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and massage facilities were top-notch.

The restaurant and pub were lovely, with tasty food and a nice atmosphere. the staff, including the bartender, were friendly and even went out of their way to cater to dietary preferences. the breakfast was enjoyable, and the pool area was relaxing. the location wasn't right in the center, but a short bus ride or taxi took us to the vibrant Temple Bar area at a reasonable cost, making it convenient to explore the city without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I also appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the ease of access to various attractions around Dublin.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with a few areas needing more attention. some staff members seemed a bit impersonal and not overly welcoming during check-in, which could have been improved to create a more positive first impression for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were excellent, extremely friendly, and accommodating. the room was exceptional, clean, spacious, and comfortable. the bar had a good choice of food, and the restaurant was ok - could be better, but still a good selection. the location was excellent, with a great bus service into the city center, and it was just outside the hotel with easy access to attractions like the Dublin City Gallery and the Guinness Storehouse.

One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. the walls were quite thin, and I could hear noises from other rooms.

The triple room on the second floor offers a lovely view of the port. Convenient bus stop just outside. Clean pool with warm water, perfect for families. Great bars and restaurants inside. Helpful staff readily arrange taxis.
