Staying here was a fantastic experience! The location was right in the center of things, making it really convenient for me to walk around and see the sights. The staff's service was exceptional, room amenities were well-maintained and thoughtful. I especially appreciated the welcome drink on arrival.

My room at The Ross was absolutely fabulous, with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. The bar and restaurant had delicious food and cocktails. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The Ross.

The Ross provided excellent customer service and had spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The complimentary use of pool facilities at a nearby hotel was a great addition. Coffee machines in the room were a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this quirky hotel in the heart of town. The staff, from reception to the wait staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our first trip abroad with our 6 month old effortless. The room was spacious with two comfortable double beds, and they even provided a travel cot for our little one. We loved the complimentary use of the pool facilities at another nearby hotel. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were the perfect finishing touch. a great hotel for exploring the town and enjoying the surrounding hikes.

Located in the main centre of town, The Ross is a great choice for those wanting to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some offering a view of the park across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing directions and suggestions for dinner. Breakfast is delicious and filling, and the coffee machine in the room is a nice touch.

There have been some issues with the night porter, causing inconvenience for guests trying to access the hotel late at night.
