The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we were able to enjoy the fresh air by opening the windows in our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was delicious and offered a variety of options. the hotel had excellent facilities, including a pool area and designated playrooms for kids.

recently stayed in ballyconnell and slieve russell was even better this time! exceeded expectations for a relaxing couple of nights. friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food - couldn't ask for more!

Although the hotel provides a wonderful experience, there is some inconsistency in the service.

We had mentioned that it was my partner's birthday during our stay, and without any further prompting, the hotel surprised us with a card and a special treat in our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of gluten-free options and a less-than-perfectly cooked steak, these were overshadowed by the overall exceptional experience we had during our stay.

The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient additions. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Slieve Russell for a weekend getaway and it exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were fabulous, from the thermal spa to the swimming pool. The views from our superior double room were amazing and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The food at The Conall Cearnach restaurant was exceptional and reasonably priced. The staff were pleasant and professional, and the entire hotel was clean and well maintained.
