I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Secondly, the basic amenities provided were great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of this hotel was convenient as it was close to various shops and takeaways. It made it easy for me to grab a quick bite to eat or pick up any essentials I needed.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing major that I believe could be improved.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was ideal for me as it was outside the city center but very convenient for visiting clients in nearby towns. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. Lastly, they have clearly modernized the rooms, which was great to see. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfy too.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was ok. The only aspect that could be improved is the lack of brightness in the rooms.

I recently stayed at the Great National South Court Hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel itself was charming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my purse behind, but the staff were incredibly helpful in returning it to me and making sure it was mine. The room service was top-notch, with delicious food that left us thoroughly satisfied. it was a delightful stay, thanks to the professional receptionists, comfortable room, and excellent breakfast.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms, coffee and tea facilities, and a large LCD TV. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. The breakfast included is diverse, catering to both vegans and those looking for a hearty meal.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and a business centre. It is also in the centre of the city, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds. The restaurant, Off The Bone Gastro pub, offers a good menu and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The value for money at the hotel was fantastic, and the room was beautiful and spacious. The location was great, very convenient for getting in and out of the city center. The staff were amazing, especially the bar staff who dealt with a persistent and aggressive drunk male and made us feel safe. The reception staff were always helpful and polite.

The breakfast selection could use improvement, particularly the water pressure in the shower was extremely poor and the lock on the room door was dodgy. The noise outside our room was unsettling at 10.30pm, but the staff were quick to apologize and address the issue.

We got two free drinks at the rooftop bar which was a great start to our New Year party! the fireworks were visible from our room which was an amazing experience. the hotel was really close to the city center and we enjoyed walking around the area. the room was spacious and had a nice view.

The walls were too thin and we could hear people partying till the early hours which made it hard to sleep. the receptionist wasn't very welcoming and didn't show us around the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with shopping centres and shops nearby. It was also easy to find and had plenty of car parking. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had spacious rooms with a huge comfy bed. The food, both at the bistro and for breakfast, was excellent and well-presented. we got more than we expected for the price and the value for money was exceptional.
