I recently had an exceptional experience at a hotel. the manager personally welcomed us with a handwritten note on our arrival. the beds were made for us in the evening, and the staff was wonderful - very courteous and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, especially the porridge and pancakes. the room was clean, cosy, and had a beautiful view of the park. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of nice eating places within a short walk. I loved being close to everything, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The service was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for more. The room amenities were also excellent, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the television had a great selection of channels. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area. I couldn't fault this place!

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

I stayed in a beautiful room on the top floor with a stunning view of St Stephens Green. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was impressive with fresh juice, pastries, and a cooked-to-order hot meal. I was even amazed by the level of service when I left my passport in the room and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure it was returned to me at the airport. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a nice Xmas stay with the family. the breakfast was really good, with a lot of options to choose from. the hotel was located near major attractions and shopping centers, making it convenient to get around. the room had beautiful decor and was kept clean.

The elevators were extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get to the room with kids. the staff was not very friendly and gave off a cold vibe, which made the stay less enjoyable.

That the top floor rooms were not suitable for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage, as they were not accessible by lift. the rooms at the rear of the property near the kitchen ventilation outlet had some noise and smell issues, so opening the window was not advisable.
