The Ferry Boat was great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the Skellig Michael boat tour dock. The staff were helpful and the check-in process was a breeze.

The location was unbeatable - by the sea and close to the Skellig Michael Boat Tour. The hosts, Mike and Judy, were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and cute, perfect for a solo traveler. They arranged affordable transportation to Killarney and provided medicine for a sick stomach.

The Ferry Boat is perfectly located, right in front of the pier where all the boats to the Skellig islands depart and next to the bridge to Valentia Island. The room and bathroom were small but well laid out and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a comfortable stay. The nearby small shop made it convenient to grab custom-made sandwiches for our tours.

Parking in the busy street was not ideal during our stay.

We were just steps away from the boat launch and the nearby cafe. It made it so convenient for us to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The communication from the hotel was also excellent, ensuring that we had all the information we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ferry Boat. the location was superb, right next to the local link pick-up/drop-off point and the boat assembly point. the host was very helpful and accommodating, sharing useful information before our arrival. the room had a beautiful view and was equipped with everything we needed, including an iron which was a special request that they fulfilled. the water pressure in the shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the clean and basic amenities, and the fact that the location was within walking distance of all the restaurants and the pier. We would definitely recommend the Ferry Boat to our friends and would stay there again!

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near the water. It was conveniently located on the main street, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop. The best part was its proximity to the ferry boats that travel to a nearby island. I had no trouble finding parking right in front of the hotel. The room had a comfortable double and single bed, although it was a bit small. It would have been nice to have tea facilities in the room, but there were bottles of water provided. The check-in process was seamless, with a lockbox and no contact required. The location was central, and there was even an outdoor seating area. The hotel also had USB ports in the sockets, which was a nice touch. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The surrounding countryside had so many activities to offer, I felt like I could walk, surf, and fish all day long. And it was a breeze to board a boat to the Skellig right outside the hotel!

Oh, and let's not forget the free bicycle storage for cyclists. Who needs a solid metal lock when you can just hope for the best?
