The location of this hotel is fantastic, with beautiful park views and easy access to a shopping center and Grafton Street. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast options were plentiful, offering both buffet and menu choices.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location, underground parking, superbly appointed rooms, excellent food and drinks. Everything was done to ensure our comfort and the warm and friendly welcome made us feel right at home. It truly is the perfect city hotel.

I recently stayed at Fitzwilliam and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite arriving early, they offered us a day room to freshen up and even managed to have our room ready before check-in time, upgrading us to a beautiful Signature Room. The view of the Green was amazing, and the room had great amenities like a sound system and bathrobes. The concierge and baggage teams were also incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless. The breakfast options were delicious, and the service was friendly.

The staff, especially Gareth the manager, were lovely and kind. The location was excellent, with a car park conveniently connected to the hotel. The level of service was exceptional, from the warm welcome to the helpful guidance on hotel features. The lobby was a great place to meet and relax, with books and newspapers available. a very good hotel with comfortable rooms and attentive staff.

We got great value for our money at the Fitzwilliam. The room was comfortable and cozy, with fabulous pillows. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful part of the city. The staff treated us like VIPs, making sure our stay was absolutely perfect.

The food for breakfast was delicious, but it would have been even better if the ham in the eggs benedict didn't have so much gristle.
