I recently stayed at The Heritage for a relaxing getaway. The spa was stunning and well set out with beautiful decor. The therapists were professional and provided a lovely spa experience, although it was a bit crowded. The dinner at the Arlington was absolutely delicious and the staff, including Lukas and Daniel, were fabulous hosts. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the spa facilities were brilliant. The staff were helpful in resolving any issues. The hotel grounds were beautiful with ample parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in one of the fabulous penthouse apartments at this hotel. the two-bedroom apartment was well laid out, spacious, and had great facilities. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the golf course. the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and adhered to safety guidelines. Will definitely revisit.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to Kildare shopping village. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant, although dimly lit, offered a pleasant dining experience.

The service in the bar area was chaotic, with staff appearing stressed and disorganized.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and delicious food at the hotel. The scenery was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the golf course from our room. The staff were attentive and the quality of the steak in the restaurant was unbelievable, especially the 32 day Himalayan salt steak. The spa was also worth checking out, especially for the thermal suit experience. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

We were incredibly impressed with this hotel from the moment that we arrived. The lobby area is very warm and welcoming, with a beautiful open fire burning, elegant furniture, and luxurious décor. It immediately creates a feeling of relaxation and tranquility. The staff, especially Jack, who checked us in, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were delighted to learn that we had been upgraded to a stunning Junior Suite with a fabulous view over the golf course and lake. The suite itself was absolutely beautiful, providing enhanced comfort and luxury. We have stayed in numerous hotels across Ireland, and we can genuinely say that we couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel could improve certain aspects of its service, as some areas felt a little rushed and overcrowded. However, overall, this hotel is still a great choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff left a birthday card and chocolates in the room. Bags were brought to the room and a staff member gave lots of helpful information. The bar food was tasty and the wait staff were attentive. The spa experience was amazing and the gym was well-equipped. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The complementary chocolates and bottled water in our room were a nice touch, especially during the festive time of the year. the hotel is located in a beautiful area, with plenty of scenic walks to enjoy.

The communication with the hotel was quite poor, it took a very long time to get through on the phone and we didn't receive a response to our email. the food in one of the restaurants was just okay, not particularly impressive.

My room offered a stunning view of the golf course, and the service in the bar was top-notch. The food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the discount voucher for Kildare Village. The spa at this hotel was truly amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. the hotel provided excellent service and facilities.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is away from the busy city and close to Kildare Village for some shopping. The bar at the hotel has televisions, perfect for catching a game while enjoying a drink. Guests can also take a short trip to the local Irish country pub for a true Irish experience.

One guest mentioned that the spa was not up to par, with the foot spa taps being broken and the steam room not being steamy enough.
