The Mayson exceeded all expectations. Exceptional attention to detail in decor with a unique and beautiful aesthetic. Friendly and welcoming staff, especially Gary, who went above and beyond with kindness. The room was incredible, with a stunning copper bath and high-end amenities.

Gorgeous décor and style. Stunning rooftop restaurant and excellent service from restaurant staff. Dennis in the gym was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Suite was amazing for our anniversary. Pool was relaxing and the food was delicious. Great location with lovely restaurants nearby. Will definitely return for the spa facilities.

Amazing value for money! The room was incredibly modern and stylish, with all the amenities you could need. The staff were so friendly and down to Earth, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, just a short walk to the city centre and with convenient facilities nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bustling 3 arena, making it an ideal choice for those attending events. Additionally, it is situated close to various city attractions, allowing for easy exploration. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, with particular mentions of helpful and friendly individuals at the front desk and coffee shop. The hotel offers a great bar on the top floor, providing guests with a lovely view while enjoying their drinks.

One negative aspect we noticed is that the location is right beside the beer garden, which can be incredibly loud, potentially causing disturbances for some guests.

They made me feel right at home and were always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. the bed in my room was super comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. the room itself was not only clean but also stylishly decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the hotel offers fantastic services such as a mini bar, snacks, a coffee machine, and a hairdryer, which were all greatly appreciated.

The room was a bit compact and lacked sufficient space to comfortably store our luggage. However, this didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

Here, you'll enjoy not just the location, but also the service from the staff with a manager. Plus, I appreciate the welcome drink and the amenities like heating, air conditioning, free toiletries, and flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities are also top-notch with an infinity pool, plunge pool, and fitness centre.
