I recently stayed at a hotel in Limerick and had a wonderful experience. The Pier Hotel, located in a prime area, offered free car parking and had an excellent location. Although parking spaces were limited and could not be reserved, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests, even allowing us to double park and kindly moving our cars for us. The hotel also had a restaurant and a bar, and the rooms were equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. The freshly cooked breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making our overall experience even more enjoyable. Despite being classified as a 3-star hotel, it had more to offer than larger establishments.

We had a bit of a challenge finding the parking lot recommended by the hotel, but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing. The location of the hotel was perfect, right near shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was basic but clean, and the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. Despite the minor hiccups, overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and satisfactory stay.

The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, especially the lovely receptionist. The location next to the city was perfect. The price for such a centrally located hotel was very reasonable.

The hotel is great value for money, with basic amenities and a central location in the heart of the city. I especially appreciated the disabled-friendly walk-in shower available in some rooms, and the breakfast, complete with coffee, tea, and juice, which was included in my B&B rate.

All in all, this hotel was just okay - nothing special.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center near everything. You can easily walk to a good restaurant or explore the shops and pubs on foot. It's also conveniently situated near the bus station, making it easy to get around.

There were issues with noise from other guests, which did disrupt the stay.

The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk from the river, with stunning views of the city. the staff were delightful, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On arrival, we were pleased to find complementary bottled water and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. the breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

The room itself was a little basic and dated. the furnishings were worn and in need of updating, while the bathroom felt cramped and lacked a modern shower.

Convenient location, close to city center and river walks. Comfortable room with good WiFi and friendly staff. Enjoyed a meal at the on-site restaurant, great choices and service. Will definitely return when in town again.

The hotel had a great location on the river bank, close to restaurants and museums. The rooms were clean and the receptionists were polite. The breakfast was affordable and my husband enjoyed it. The view of the Quay from our room was amazing at night.

The shower didn't stay hot for long.
